Mr. Brown is a Managing Director and Co-Founder of Arcadius.

Prior to founding Arcadius and its predecessor, SW Capital Partners, Mr. Brown was a Managing Director with Scotia Waterous where he was responsible for the origination and execution of M&A advisory assignments and management of the firm. Prior to joining Scotia Waterous, Mr. Brown was a Managing Director and member of the Executive Committee of Waterous & Co., a leading global oil and gas acquisitions and divestitures advisory firm. Prior to Waterous & Co., Mr. Brown was an Investment Analyst with ARC Financial, a leading energy focused private equity manager.

Mr. Brown holds Bachelor and Master of Arts degrees in Economics, from the University of Calgary, and a Ph.D. (ABD) in Finance, also from the University of Calgary.

Mr. Hansen is a Managing Director and Co-Founder of Arcadius.

Prior to founding Arcadius and its predecessor, SW Capital Partners, Mr. Hansen was a regional Vice President for Unocal Corporation based in Houston where he was responsible for Unocal's International Energy Operations, including Canada, West Africa, Latin America, Russia, Caspian, China, Europe and Alaska. Prior to Unocal, Mr. Hansen was President and CEO of Northrock Resources Ltd., a publicly traded oil and gas company that was built from start-up into a mid-sized operating company producing 35,000 barrels of oil equivalent per day before it was sold to Unocal.

Mr. Hansen graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering from the University of Saskatchewan.

Mr. Tombar is a Managing Director and Co-Founder of Arcadius.

Prior to founding Arcadius and its predecessor, SW Capital Partners, Mr. Tombar was a Houston-based Vice President with Goldman, Sachs & Co. in the E&P Capital Group — a multi-asset class, proprietary structured energy investing group — where he led deal teams through sourcing, execution and management of a variety of primary market investments in securities and loans. Previously, Mr. Tombar worked in Goldman's Natural Resources Group in New York and Houston where he had direct coverage responsibility for a number of larger upstream oil and gas clients, executed a variety of transactions for private equity clients and private and public oil and gas companies, and developed M&A and financing expertise. Prior to working in the Natural Resources Group, Mr. Tombar was selected as one of four professionals charged with establishing Goldman's European Energy & Power Group based in London. Prior to that, Mr. Tombar worked in Goldman's E&P Principal Investment Area and Investment Banking Group based in New York.

Mr. Tombar graduated with a Master of Business Administration degree from Stanford University's Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Arts degree (Cum Laude) in Applied Math from Harvard University.

Ms. Nelson is the Vice President of Arcadius.

Prior to joining Arcadius, Ms. Nelson was an Associate at Scotia Waterous in Houston where she was a member of the A&D technical team providing strategic advice and technical evaluations and reviews of upstream assets in the GOM, US Lower 48, Latin America and assisted the London A&D technical team with international asset reviews. Prior to Scotia Waterous, Ms. Nelson was a Reservoir Engineer for the South Texas team at Swift Energy and a Reservoir Engineer for HighMount E&P’s Black Warrior Basin and Antrim Shale assets.

Ms. Nelson is a registered Professional Engineer in Texas and graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Petroleum Engineering from Colorado School of Mines.
